3361532 - Extension field created on Invoice screen is not available in standard Financial Report

You have created an extension field in supplier invoice but you are unable to find this field in standard finance report for payables.

SAP Business By Design

1. Go to Supplier Invoice work center
2. Select Adaptation mode
3. Create an extension field say X( X refers to the extension field)
4. Now, navigate to Business Analytics work center
5. Select Design Reports view
6. Open the financial report for Payables where you can see the invoice data
7. But the extension field is missing here

There is no relevant extension scenario available in the supplier invoice screen to display this field in financial report. You can only extend a field from one document to another if there is a standard extension scenario available .

Please check the relevant extension scenarios that are available for that field in the particular document like supplier invoice, purchase order etc so that the extension field can be extended to those documents and report.

Go to Adaptation mode->select the extension field->Show Further Usage 

Also check if there is any standard field already available in the report which populates the same value as the extension field.
