Custom field value is showing default value regardless of what was checked on 360 form's checkbox in Story Report.

1. Launch a 360 Form with custom check boxes configured in the 360 Template and select any one of the checkboxes in the launched form.

2. Create a Story report with a column to fetch the Custom Checkbox values.

3. Notice that even though only one checkbox is ticked and not the other, both the check box value (‘Checkbox 1’ and ‘Checkbox 2’) shows as the default value of “Y” in the Story Report.

This is a known issue.
