3361641 - Colors of drop-down list are different in different browsers

Symptom

The background color of the drop-down list is displayed differently in different browsers - Microsoft Edge and Google chrome, see below screenshots.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Open My Forms

2. Create New Form

3. See different colors of drop-down list in different browsers

Cause

New code issue

Resolution

The engineering team has confirmed this different background color issue (not just in My Forms) will be fixed in 2311 release.
