Symptom
- This document describes how workflow rules are processed by the system depending on their status and the status of the user who created them.
- This can be helpful to understand how pending (past) jobs will be processed.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
- If the the rule is active and the user is locked, rules will stay scheduled.
- If the rule is active and the user is unlocked, rules will be executed.
- If the rule is inactive and the user is unlocked, rules will be cancelled.
