3361888 - Support Tab feature does not reflect user language within SF

Support Tab within SuccessFactors always loads in English even if SuccessFactors is set to a different language.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core

1. Log into affected system with provided support access
2. Change language settings to e.g. German language
3. Click on Support Icon
4. Support tab content is not changed to German language

This is expected behaviour

• When you click on the Support Tab - you are opening the help portal page within SuccessFactors.
• SF language will not reflect here, it will only reflect on the labels we control such as the support button and the title header which you can see via English Debug mode. 
• The language reflected in the content of the portal is a reflection of the language in the support page the users have set.
