3362027 - Import Favorites Link Not Available to move to Fiori Spaces and Pages

Symptom

  • Some SAP users, when they switch to Spaces they have a link on the screen saying "Import Apps Now", which then allows them to migrate the favorites that they had in Classic over to Spaces  
  • For other users this link is not showing up, why is this the case?
