3362048 - SFTP Web Client 404 Error

Symptom

Customer is reporting that they cannot access their SFTP account using this link https://sftp8.sapsf.com/EFTClient/Account/Login.html
Once they entered or click the link on their bookmark they are getting 404 Error.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

Paste the link on the browser - Error will show up as soon as you enter the link
Click the link on the bookmark - Error will show up as soon as you enter the link

Cause

Invalid URL
Shared URL (from colleague), actual destination is not cached on users browser.

Resolution

Always use your SFTP base URL e.g (https://sftp8.sapsf.com)
