3362068 - Publication stays open in SAP Analytics Cloud

• Publication stays open in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• "Slots Availability: Not Available" when View Details for the publication.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2023.8.18 (SAC)

1. Logon SAC system.
2. Go to Calendar page.
3. Notice several publications remain in Open Status with an old Start Date.
4. Click the Details at the top-right corner and select View Details, will see "Slots Availability: Not Available" but it seems no issue for the available slot. 

• The issue disappears after QRC update.
