3362073 - Benefit Exception and Work/Life Event Configuration Enhancements

• When configuring actions for Benefit Work Life Event Configuration and Exceptions, options available are: "Enroll and Edit" and "Edit and Opt-out"
• When multiple actions are combined, in cases of failures due to data issues, the system is not able to create all exceptions/enrollment successfully

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits

• At the moment, we do not have an action for 'Enroll and Edi t &Optout'.
• We only have 'Enroll and Edit' and 'Edit and Opt-out'. 
• In cases of failures, the general recommendation at the moment is to create multiple Work Life/Event Configurations for the required actions/scenarios and combine as per the requirement

Our Product Management team is considering to enhance the actions available to include a new option "Enroll and Edit & Optout". At the moment, this is still under planning and currently targeted for 1H 2024 (tentative).

We shall update the KBA once confirmed or if there are any changes with the timelines.
