3362084 - Change Report Center Background Color and Header Font Color in Horizon

How to change the background color of the Report Center and the font color of the Header

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to Admin Center and search Theme Manager
2. Make a copy of SAP Fiori with Horizon theme (click 3 dot button and select Duplicate)
3. Edit the copy
4. Expand Fine Tune > Placemat
5. Change the Background Color then save

Only the outside background color changed not the report list 

If I change the color of Page Title, the title or Header in Report Center is not changing

The color of the links highlighted below can be changed under: Theme Manager > Fine Tune > Portlet > Body Link Text Color (Please be aware that this setting impacts theming of many other elements on other pages, you will see a wide impact when modifying it) 

Expected Behavior

In Fiori with Horizon theme, only outside background color of Report Center can be changed and the font color of the page cannot be modified.
