SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In HANA studio on Windows PC, it shows "SAPControl request failed" when try to open a HANA database.
Checked KBA 2507648, there is no issues in firewall and both the following commands finish successfully.
1. /usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/sapcontrol -host <you host> -nr <instance number> -function GetProcessList
2. open a Browser and go to: http://<your host>:5<instancenumber>13/?wsdl
