3362200 - Cannot save HTTP Destination : Password Too long when configure Cloud ALM

By following the Setup and Administration for SAP Cloud ALM guide you reach the point where you need to connect your managed system of type SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition and On-Premise Systems to the Cloud ALM tenant.

In transaction /SDF/ALM_SETUP you enter the required data according to the steps provided in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition and On-Premise Systems in section 2. Maintain HTTP destination - Create/Update destination you get this error message:

"Cannot save HTTP Destination: Password is too long" SDEST 057 

and the and RFC destination of type G was not be created.
