3362200 - Error: "Cannot save HTTP Destination : Password Too long" saving the destination in /n/sdf/alm_setup - SAP Cloud ALM

Symptom

By following the Setup and Administration for SAP Cloud ALM guide , it reaches the point to connect one ABAP system of type SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition and On-Premise Systems to the Cloud ALM tenant.

In transaction /SDF/ALM_SETUP, the required data is entered according to the steps provided in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition and On-Premise Systems.
In section 2. Maintain HTTP destination - Create/Update destination, the following error message popup and the RFC destination of type G is not created:

"Cannot save HTTP Destination: Password is too long" SDEST 057
