3362218 - Error triggered when testing IAS Activate Upgrade in Upgrade Center

Error "The Identity Authentication Service issuer configuration is missing on the SSO setting page" triggered when testing IAS upgrade. 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 

1. Go to Upgrade Center.
2. Search for Activate SuccessFactors Identity Authentication Service Integration
3. Click on Learn More
4. Click Upgrade Now & Confirm
5. Click on Test Now

Partial SSO is enabled, while SAML V2: SAP Identity Authentication Integration is not enabled in Provisioning > SSO Settings.

Disable Partial SSO and enable SAML V2: SAP Identity Authentication Integration. Save your changes by clicking on "Update the Asserting Party" (if you click on "Save" button, the changes will not apply). 

Note: If the configuration is already correct 

• Go Monitoring Tool for SAP Cloud Identity Services Integration
• Then compare the IAS URL there with the URL for your IAS (Partner/Support can also compare with SAML Issuer URL in provisioning site) 
  • If they do not match then you also get the error ( for example: monitoring tool URL is *ondemand.com while the SAML Issuer should be *cloud.sap)
  • In this case Support will need to request a script to correct the URL in Monitoring tool
