Symptom

  • You are using the export software collection app.
  • You are trying to export a software collection that contains a custom analytical query.
  • You are getting the following error:

Item YY1_XYZ of type Custom Analytical Query was incompletely deleted.

Item check failed. Please report an incident on component BC-SRV-APS-EXT-AQD.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Export Software Collection app
  2. Select a collection that contains a custom analytical query(i.e. YY1_XYZ).
  3. Click on Export

Errors:

Item YY1_XYZ of type Custom Analytical Query was incompletely deleted.

Item check failed. Please report an incident on component BC-SRV-APS-EXT-AQD.

Cause

Incomplete deletion of Gateway V2 generated artifacts

Resolution

The issue you have experienced was already fixed with 2302 HFC10, it should not happen again with newly created queries.

It can still happen with queries that were created before the hotfix was released. In this case, please open a case under BC-SRV-APS-EXT-AQD.
