3362317 - Custom labels not reflected when configuring to be a blank label

• Custom labels not showing as blank when custom text removed 
• Can no longer set a custom label to show as blank on the system. 
• Why can we set some labels to be a blank label and other labels it does not work?

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Log onto system with provided access
2. Go to Manage Languages
3. Download custom labels CSV file
4. Update keys to be blank. 
5. Save.
6. Upload the file. 
7. Go to the home page or the area in which the label was configured for.
8. See the labels not appear as blank.
9. Notice that this may work for some labels and not for others. 

Customizing an empty string is not perfectly supported by the system at this moment in time. Some labels can be set to an empty string and other labels you cannot

Engineering a working to fix this in the upcoming release (2H 2023) to be more consistent under PLS-36568

Workaround:

Refer to this blank string: "ㅤ". It shows blank but code doesn't regard it as blank string. You can copy and paste it in your text editor.

Be aware that this string can't display in the editor but it is actually there.

Example:

"UXRHP_SVC_COMMON_NO_DUE_DATE","ㅤ"
