3362382 - Can not change PR data on undelete item with BAPI_PR_CHANGE - ERP and S/4HANA

Symptom

Undelete PR item and update PR <Quantity, Valuation price, Amount, etc.> with BAPI_PR_CHANGE in one step.

The deletion indicator can be removed but Quantity is not updated.

System trigger information message ME664-Change & could not be effected.
