When attempting to create a new Service Instance, the creation of the Instance fails with the following error - 

  • Service broker error: Service broker it-broker-rt failed with: UAA responded with status code 409.
    Error description: Could not update entity XSApp, foreign key violated with key: [XXXXXXXXX]
