3362614 - The BW/BPC live table with variables sets planning locks on BW for unified stories in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following behavior occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC):

• You create a BPC live table without checking the "Open in Input mode" option or a BW live table with variables.
• When you open this table, a lock is observed in the BW system in TCode RSPLSE.
• The issue happens with the unified story only and not the classic story.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2023 and higher versions

1. Create a Story 2 (ODE) and insert a BW or BPC live table that has variables.
2. Check the BW system and run RSPLSE to check the locks for the provider.

The recent change in BW causes the issue.
