"Cannot register multiple executors for BulkKey"

The following exception can be seen in the default trace:
Transmitting the message to endpoint <local> using connection File_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.engine.messaging.impl.api.collector.MessageCollectorException: Module Exception while executing aggregate.
