3362717 - The order type is not default when create maintenance plan even it is already assigned to plan in Customizing

Symptom

An order type is already assigned to plan in specific planning plant which an equipment or functional location belong to. When create a maintenance plan for this equipment or functional location, the order type is not defaulted and system issues error message IP328 "Enter an order type" instead.
