Symptom

  1. The Simplification Item Check (/SDF/RC_START_CHECK) report cannot be executed because the target release version dropdown is empty.
  2. An error occurs when attempting to download the content. The error message displayed is:

"Simplification Item catalog can not be fetched from SAP through SAPOSS RFC connection. Action canceled".
