Error messages faced by Agency Users when attempting to reset their password:

• "Password link not valid"

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Go to the Agency portal and select Forgot Password
2. Receive the password reset email and go to the link to reset password
3. Enter New Password and Retype New Password
4. Error occurs
   

The password link is manipulated before being entered into the URL bar of the page:

• "Password link not valid"

  IF the link above is manipulated by user or browser extensions the error will occur.

Steps to clear Password link not valid:

• Ensure that browser cache and cookies have been cleared, close and open browser after doing so.
• Resend the password reset email via forgot Password and use the latest link to reset the password.
• Be sure to copy and paste the link directly from the email to the URL bar.
