3362762 - Java Heap Size of ECTR Front end

Symptom

Upon logging on your ECTR frontend GUI, your ECTR Home folder is not expanding/Not opening but the wheel is spinning.
Checking the logs
...\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\Sap\ECTR\ectr<s4>\logs\Debug_<yyyy.mm.dd-HH_MM_SS>.log
...\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\Sap\ECTR\ectr<s4>\logs\Console_<yyyy.mm.dd-HH_MM_SS>.log
You see message java.lang.OutOfMemoryError:Java heap space
