3362770 - IS-U-BI: Consumption where billing period is partly covered by disconnection

Symptom

  • An installation is disconnected for a part of billing period.
  • For the billing period we have a consumption measured.
  • Within the billing period, there is a price change and that's why a proration takes place.
  • The consumption is only shown in the non disconnected time slice.
