3362771 - HANA Cockpit shows blank page due to Cockpit Tenant DB is not starting

When you trying to open HANA Cockpit, a blank page shows up.

From indexserver.trc and xsengine.trc, nothing being recorded during the reproduce timestamp.

Only from the har file, you can find below error at "Response" Tab:
"{"status":"error","msg":"Internal server error"}"
