3362775 - Agency User faces password reset error - "This URL is expired. Click Forgot Password on the login page and use the latest URL to reset the password."

Symptom

Error messages faced by Agency Users when attempting to reset their password:

"This URL is expired. Click Forgot Password on the login page and use the latest URL to reset the password."

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Agency portal and select Forgot Password
  2. Receive the password reset email and go to the link to reset password
  3. Enter New Password and Retype New Password
  4. Error occurs

Cause

The link used for the password reset email is older than 24 hours from being sent.

Resolution

Resend the password reset email via forgot Password and use the latest link to reset the password.
