Error messages faced by Agency Users when attempting to reset their password:

• "Password link has Expired. Kindly reset the password again."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to the Agency portal and select Forgot Password
2. Receive the password reset email and go to the link to reset password
3. Enter New Password and Retype New Password
4. Error occurs
   

The password reset link is of an older email and not the most recent password reset. (within 24 hours)

Resend the password reset email via Forgot Password and use the latest link to reset the password.

If the issue persists please raise an incident for Product Support for the following component: LOD-SF-RCM-POR.
