3362821 - Subitem 900 is blocked against entry - Data Upload

Unable to upload data using Flexible Upload (Data Collection Task) on Subitem 900. Error message "Subitem 900 is blocked for entry (set to No Posting/Entry)" has been raised.

 However, exception exists: "There is an exception. If no data exists for the consolidation unit in any of the previous periods of the fiscal year, the opening balances can be changed.".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Set the global parameters.
2. Open app Data Monitor.
3. Run task Data Collection.

Nevertheless there is no data in the previous periods, Data Collection task was run in an earlier period.

1.  Reset Task status in the previous periods.
2.  Run Flexible Upload again, data will be uploaded on Subitem 900.
