3362882 - XML kernel error when checking the ADS connection

Symptom

During the Adobe Document Services configuration or migration, while checking ADS connection, the FP_PDF_TEST_00 report return the following error:

SYSTEM ERROR: SOAP Framework error: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionDocumentFormat : document format error: XML kernel processor cannot read tag.
