3362899 - Notes Missing During Allocation Against Outbound Delivery Request

When you choose Allocate option for the Project Stock Order document against relevant Delivery Request ID, you find that Notes with required information is missing under line items tab. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Outbound Logistics work center.
2. Go to Delivery Proposals view.
3. Select Project Stock Order Proposals via drop down.
4. Select required Delivery Request ID and choose Allocate button.
5. New window opens up, here under Line items tab
6. Navigate to the Notes tab
7. Here Notes are missing. No records found.

Currently, Notes are available only in Outbound Delivery Request via Project Stock Order when updated by a user.

It is available under Line items tabs in relevant outbound delivery request, here Notes are available with required customer information.

This is an expected behavior.

1. After Allocate against outbound delivery request, Notes are available before Consume.
2. Under Project Management workcenter
3. Project Stock Orders view.
4. Find the relevant Project Stock Order ID.
5. Edit it, here under Notes tab 
6. Notes are updated as required.

However, to have "Notes" after allocate option, kindly post a query in Influence Forum so that our Development Colleagues will look in to this.
