3362900 - Incorrect Change History for Tax Classification Field in Business Partner

The Business Partner changes history indicates that the Tax Classification was changed by CB users, not by the interface CC user. However, those changes were not in purpose, but they were triggered by other manual changes on Business Partners made at the same time.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

 

1. Go to the app Maintain Business Partner
2. Search for the Business Partner ID for which you want to view and display it
3. Click on More dropdown
4. Click on Extras->Change History->For this Partner
5. Select the fields for which you want to see the change history and select Continue
6. Select the Export and choose Spreadsheet

In the downloaded excel, able to see the change logs of the Customer master where the Tax Classification KNVI-TAXKD was changed by CB users.

 

Technical inconsistencies in the backend.

In response to the reported issue, a software correction will be deployed on all the customer systems with 2308CE which is tentatively scheduled in August 2023.
