3362974 - Agency Portal Issue: Resetting password via settings within the portal gives the error "Password link not valid"

Within the agency portal going to settings and selecting password reset the agency user will receive the following message after attempting to reset the password:

"Password link not valid"

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Go to Agency URL for your respective Data Center - 2674906.
2. Login to the agency portal.
3. Go to the Gear icon (Settings).
4. Select “Change Password”.
5. Enter old password and new password.
6. Select Save.
7. Error appears: “Password link not valid”.
   

Cause is currently unknown at this time.

Issue has been reported to and is under investigation by engineering.

Workaround:

1. Instead of resetting password from within the UI logout and use the Forgot Password option.
2. Reset password using the link from the email sent.
