What is the status of uncompleted tasks in onboarding process after clicking "Cancel Onboarding"?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create an onboarding process for new hire
  2. Not complete all steps of Onboarding process
  3. Cancel onboarding for new hire in Onboarding Dashboard
  4. Go to "Manage Data" > "Process"
  5. Find the ProcessTaskStatus of the new hire is Cancelled

Resolution

After cancelling onboarding on Onboarding Dashboard, the steps and tasks in the Onboarding process are cancelled along with it.

So the status of uncompleted steps and tasks are "Cancelled" after cancelling onboarding. The ProcessTaskStatus of the new hire is Cancelled.
