3363156 - Unexpected behavior caused by modified default parameter

Symptom

Unexpected behavior is noticed in system.
You have checked the configured parameters in system, tenant DB and host level but the relevant parameter hasn't been maintained in any of those configuration level. 

/usr/sap/<sid>/SYS/global/hdb/custom/config/
/usr/sap/<sid>/SYS/global/hdb/custom/config/DB_<tenant_sid>/
/usr/sap/<sid>/HDB<inst>/<host>/

For example,
You failed to register secondary site for system replication. System replication status remain as UNKNOWN. Following information is shown in trace. 

e sr_dataaccess    DisasterRecoverySecondaryImpl.cpp(00909) : Error occurred during connect to primary: exception 300015: SSL certificate validation failed: SSL error [536872221]: Unknown error, General error: 0x2000051d | SAPCRYPTOLIB | SSL_connect

However, following parameter hasn't been set in in system, tenant DB or host level. 

global.ini
[system_replication_communication]
enable_ssl 

By default, system replication connection is not supposed to use SSL connection.
