3363301 - SO Credit Check does not work for customer.

Symptom

Credit management check was working earlier for the business partner and user could review the blocked sales orders. Recently the credit management check is not working, and the sales orders are released without review.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Keep the business partner credit limit to 0.00.
  2. Expectation is the DCD is created for blocked sales order.
  3. Create sales order.
  4. Saled order is not credit blocked.
  5. DCD is not created.

Cause

Due to the risk class of the business partner is changed and the automatic credit control is not configured for the new risk class.

Resolution

Create an automatic credit control using SSCUI Define Automatic Credit Control (ID 101518) for the customer credit segment and the new risk class.
