When trying to launch the Server Side Addin from Outlook, it shows the error : "Something went wrong. Please reload SAP Cloud, server-side Integration for groupware. More info"

Reproducing the Issue
- Open Outlook.
- Select a mail and launch the SSI Addin.
- Error appears .
Cause
Relevant Services are not assigned to the User's Business Role.
Resolution
Account, Contact, Employee, Case services should be assigned to the user's business role.
