Symptom

When clicking certain SF cards in SAP Work Zone (ex. My Profile, Org Chart), there is an error: {"fault":{"faultstring":"Duplicate Header \"Expires\"","detail":{"errorcode":"protocol.http.DuplicateHeader"}}}

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SAP Work Zone
  2. Search SF cards 'My Profile' or 'Org Chart'
  3. Select the card

Resolution

Ensure the configurations documented on Before Using SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone have been setup correctly.
