3363477 - Can 'Move Candidate' save changes on the Job Application page? - Recruiting Management

• Is it possible to save changes on Job Application page by the action 'Move Candidate' or 'Drag & Drop'?
• What should I do if I want to change the application status after updating job application fields?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Update some fields on the job application page;
2. It shows a message "Changes pending. You must save your changes in order to keep them.";
3. Select Take Action > Move Candidate to change the status;
4. It shows a message "Changes saved. Successfully moved 1 candidate.";
5. The status is changed; the field changes on the job application page are not saved.

The function 'Move Candidate' is used for managing applicant status only.

The Save button will be activated once there are changes in any fields on the Job Application page and the following message is shown on the top of the page. Without clicking the Save button, those changes will not be kept.

If you would like to change the application status after updating application fields, we recommend you select a new status in the candidate status field on the Job Application page, and click the Save button to save the changes at a time.
