3363488 - Release Button Greyed Out for Outbound Delivery

Unable to release outbound delivery due to grey out button.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Work Center.
2. Navigate to Outbound Deliveries View.
3. Search for relevant Outbound Delivery ID, here the document is Not Released and the release button is greyed out.

Open the document flow of outbound delivery, the corresponding warehouse order and warehouse task are not with status Finished.

After finishing the corresponding warehouse order and all warehouse tasks, the button is enabled.

2691994 - Error: "The action RELEASE is not possible. Refresh the screen and try again. If the problem persists, report an incident."
