Symptom
In Admin Alerts tool, Time Valuation alerts are shown empty 'No data available' in the list, although the number of existing alerts is displayed.
In above example, it shows there should be 1 time valuation alert, but in the detailed list "No data available" is shown.
You have removed all existing filter in Admin Alerts, but it does not help.
This issue happens user dependently, and other Time Management alerts are not affected.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Alerts tool.
- Select Time Valuation as the Admin Alert Type.
- Then there is a non-zero number showing right beside the 'Time Valuation' in Time Alert Type field, but the list of the Time Valuation Alerts is empty.
Cause
This is due to missing RBP configuration.
Resolution
Please make sure the permission to status under Employee Data is given View permission, at least.
And the target population for the status field is set for all employees.
Otherwise, it will not show the Time Valuation alerts in the list. (This is not just for Time Valuation but for Stalled Workflow etc too.)
Once you can access the lists without any problem, but the employee names are empty, please refer to KBA 3363561 - Empty name in admin alert list for Time Management alerts
