3363500 - Time Valuation Alerts list shows empty although there are actually Time Valuation Alerts.

In Admin Alerts tool, Time Valuation alerts are shown empty 'No data available' in the list, although the number of existing alerts is displayed. 

In above example, it shows there should be 1 time valuation alert, but in the detailed list "No data available" is shown.

After removing all existing filter in Admin Alerts, but it does not help. 
This issue happens user dependently, and other Time Management alerts are not affected.
