3363545 - Error "Value not valid for variable Production Request ID"

You want to see production request details against the production order in a report Production Request Fulfillment however system throws an error :

Value not valid for variable Production Request ID 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to the Reports view.
3. Search reports: either  Prod. Request Fulfillment Detail (SCMPRFU01_Q0002) and Prod. Request Fulfillment (SCMPRFU01_Q0001) 
4. Enter required production request ID: XYZ.
5. Choose Apply
6. System throws an error :Value not valid for variable Production Request ID

(i.e. Here XYZ is a production request ID)

Since the production request status is Started system throws an error. It is not available in the value selection itself to be displayed in a report.

Production Fulfillment Detail Report (SCMPRFU01_Q0002) and Production Fulfillment Report (SCMPRFU01_Q0001) .

Both report displays the data once the production is completed with the actual confirmed quantities and dates recorded hence system displays the data with the production request finished.

However, for production requests before the start i.e. In Preparation and Finished status -> it displays the data.

(Here IDs :SCMPRFU01_Q0002 and SCMPRFU01_Q0001 -> are the technical IDs for the report)

System displays data for In Preparation and Started status only in Production Request Fulfillment report.

This is an expected system behavior.
