Symptom

  • Unable to configure the number ranges for the workers.
  • Require to match up the number ranges for the workers in S/4HANA cloud system.

Reproducing the Issue

Manage Workforce application.

Cause

Number ranges for the workers are handled by SAP and it cannot be changed.

Resolution

Number ranges of the workers are handled internally and end user do not have any control over it. The configuration cannot be changed.
