3363748 - Delegate Workflows Quick Action throws error message in SAP SuccessFactors Mobile

In the SuccessFactors Mobile App, error message "This feature isn't support in your current mobile app. Please update it to version 11.0.0 or later when available." is displayed when accessing the Delegate Workflows quick action

SAP SuccessFactors will release a new enhancement to the Delegate Workflows quick action to meet advanced requirements from some Employee Central customers in the 2H 2023 release. With this enhancement, customers can group different workflow request types and end users can appoint a delegatee for each group. This enhancement, which complements the existing option to delegate all workflows to one single person, requires users to update their mobile apps to the 2H 2023 release or later (app version 11.0.0 or later). If users don’t update but their organization has enabled the enhancement, they won’t be able to use the Delegate Workflows quick action in mobile apps and will see the message "This feature isn't supported in your current mobile app. Please upgrade it to version 11.0.0 or later when available." when trying to access it.

• Update the mobile app to 2H 2023 release from Apple/Google Play/Tencent store, version 11.0.0 or later.
• [Important for MDM Customers] For those who use a corporate app, please download it from the corporate app store and follow company's guidelines.

• After updating to a required version, users can use Delegate Workflows again and see a new tab for delegation by groups.
