3363789 - Dump After Closing Browser Tab

You are working on the system using multiple browser tabs, and receive a dump when performing any action after closing any tab containing an instance of Business ByDesign.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Log into the tenant.
2. Open a new browser tab and enter the same tenant (alternatively, duplicate the browser tab).
3. Close the tab opened in step 2.
4. Perform any operation in the browser tab from step 1, such as entering a work center.

Here the dump is raised.

All Business ByDesign tabs for a given tenant share the same session. Once a tab is closed, the session from the other tab is terminated, causing the dump in any other tabs that were already opened.

This is a current limitation.

The systems works as expected.

We suggest the use of the built-in tabs in case multiple pages need to remain open.
