3363805 - sapgui/user_scripting_set_readonly is set in DEFAULT PROFILE as TRUE even it is not visible in the RZ11

Scripting recording is grayed out/greyed out even when there is no sapgui/user_scripting_set_readonly parameter set as "TRUE". 

In the SAP session trace for scripting / Diag prior parsing the following record appear:
