3363812 - The Inbound Delivery Item in EWM is blocked with message "The quantity of role "GR and Packed, Not GR Posted" is greater than the delivery quantity" (/SCDL/BO_VALIDATION009)

After being zeroed out, the Inbound Delivery item in EWM is blocked with a red light. After clicking the "Investigate block" button, the following error message appears:  
The quantity of role "GR and Packed, Not GR Posted" exceeds the delivery quantity. (/SCDL/BO_VALIDATION009)

During the zero out process, the outbound delivery item is set as completed. However, the HUs planned for packing remains unprocessed. This kind of inconsistency causes the item to be blocked.

Empty the HUs with the following steps:

1. Go to Change Inbound Deliveries - Deliveries app;
2. Select the inbound delivery and click the "Packing" button;
3. Select the HU and press the "Empty" button.

After saving the delivery item should be unblocked.
