3363839 - Internal Comments not Transferred From Service Order to Purchase Order

You have entered an Internal Comment in the service order. However, when the purchase order is created, the internal comments are not transferred. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center
2. Go to Purchase Orders view
3. Select the relevant Purchase Order
4. Select Edit and navigate to Notes tab
5. No comments visible

The field Internal Comment in Service Order serves a different purpose. 
If an Internal Sales note has been entered in the account master, it is displayed here under internal Comment and can be edited. Meaning in the corresponding Account Master data, there is a tab called Notes. If you enter the notes, it will be displayed in the service order automatically under internal comments.

System is working as expected. I do not see any other scoping questions, which can be scoped to transfer the internal comments from service order to purchase order.
