Error when accessing class direct link: You have no longer have access to the class

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access class direct link which is not assigned.
2. Get the error/warning.

Cause 1:

User does not have access to library associated to class.

Cause 2:

Class is already in the past.

Solution 1:

Ensure item & class are associated to user library access.

Solution 2:

This is expected behavior. Once a Class start date and time passes, it's automatically removed from the Library to avoid users to register for ongoing classes or classes in the past.
