You can't collect custom MDF object data as part of Configurable New Hire for Rehire with Old Employment.
Only non effective dated custom MDF objects are supported.
You must follow the Custom Data Collection process to capture that data if you use ROOE.
The enhancement is planned to be implemented in next release.
