Symptom

Inbound Delivery details are not visible in the Goods Receipt Tracking Report.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
  2. Go to Design Reports view.
  3. Open the Report "Goods Receipt Tracking".
  4. Enter the required details.
  5. Choose Apply.

Information Message triggered: "No report data available to display; check the selection".

Cause

  • The "Goods Receipt Tracking" Report provides an overview of all Goods Receipts by supplier, product, or account assignment.
  • Buyers can use this report to monitor Goods Receipt values, prices, quantities, and the corresponding Goods Receipt status.
  • Therefore, data related to Inbound Deliveries is not included and is not expected to be visible in this report.

Resolution

  • For information related to Inbound Deliveries, refer to the "Inbound Delivery Detailed Line Items" Report.
  • This Report provides detailed transactional data for Inbound Delivery documents, including product line items, quantities, identified stock, product requirement specifications, and status information.
